RSS2WAP.com bug fixed:
We've just fixed a small bug at RSS2WAP.com. Some WAP browsers worked, others not. Now all should work fine. If you got an error in your WML converted file, please try again. Thanks Keith.
On the other hand, soon we'll introduce a new site. More details very soon.

Newspapers RSS feeds:
Lately, a few newspapers (their online versions) offer new RSS feeds:
- The Washington Post
- The State
- Baltimore Sun
Is this a new trend for online newspapers?

Standard RSS pages:
Have you noticed that all sites which introduce their RSS feeds have a page (almost standard) about RSS? Everybody explains what is RSS and have (almost) the same links to a few RSS readers: SharpReader / FeedReader / AmphetaDesk / NewsGator and maybe others.
The same happen with MS which introduced their new Microsoft RSS Security Bulletin Feed (or see this). In next MS page (More Microsoft News Feeds) the same explanations and links.
Are RSS feeds so new that they need explanations on every site?

Last added RSS feeds page:
We have just added a new page with last RSS feeds approved in our RSS feeds directory.
RSS has a problem with number of items being returned. Usually, RSS feeds return a fixed number of items. In our case we returned as RSS feed only last 5 approved feeds. But what to do when we approved more than 5 feeds at once? They are not returned in RSS feed.
A solution would be to return all feeds from a specific day. But sometimes there are too many feeds in one day. RSS simply doesn't have this flexibility to allow user to provide the number of items they want.
So, we developed a HTML page for all last added feeds (splitted on multiple pages). This way you can see what's new in our RSS directory.

RSS Daily News:
RSS Daily News is our new online RSS reader available at /news. You can select some top RSS feeds or use with any other RSS feed. It's working with Atom feeds too, using our Atom2RSS online converter.
Using an online RSS reader it's very simply and convenient. There is nothing to install and it's free. To access it directly use a link like this:
You can create your RSS feed subscriptions using browser favorites. This way you don't have to register (it's completely anonymous) and it's 100% safe (your feed links are saved on your computer).
Comments are welcome. If you have questions, please ask them in forum.

We integrated RSS2WAP.com with RSS directory. All RSS feeds have a link to directly convert them into WML (WAP). If you have a WAP phone you can use it to read RSS feeds with news, weblogs and more. Simply and free.
